Everyday when you're walking down the street

A range of street photos taken in Lisbon and Porto to try and capture the essence of the two wonderful cities during a short stay in March 2024. Including a range of settings such as the musicians at the Dom Luís I Bridge in Porto, the tourist inside Porto Cathedral or the friends gazing at the 25 April Bridge in Lisbon. Each photo is special as is the nature of street photography, as in each time you go to a location the setting will be different. In some real sense as the thought goes "no man ever steps in the same river twice, for its not the same river and he's not the same man" (Heraclitus) is what street photography seems to be. Presenting the people of Portugal as the line from the Arthur children's TV show theme tune states "Everyday when you're walking down the street, everybody that you met has an original point of view".
