With the pictures I take during my expeditions to Svalbard in the High Arctic, I want to draw people's attention to the breathtaking beauty and also to the enormous sensitivity of the Arctic wildlife and its environment. Overall, I am trying to express the need to do everything possible to preserve this incredibly important ecosystem. This portrait is a project of my overall work, it was created in August and is meant to express the curiosity as well as the unbeatable beauty of the Arctic foxes up here.
