Botanic Dialogue

I find that sometimes there are dialogues between botanical elements that is worth bringing to light.... I am fascinated by the simple beauty and delicate harmony found in botanical forms. My images are made by composing the botanical elements in silence and with slow movements on a light table. Once satisfied, I position my camera on a tripod at 90 degrees to the subject and take a series of photos, each with a different exposure. Once the digital files are obtained, I put them in different layers in PHP and with a patient work of brushes, I work to obtain the fusion I have in mind. I change the background according to what the subject inspires me and finally I try to find a match with another subject to look for that dialogue I imagine is established between them. In the image I propose, the verticality of the two gladioli dialogues with a harmonious composition of magnolia flowers framed by two blades of grass
