In a temple in Shigatse, Tibet, I unexpectedly came across this moment : monks from the Yellow Hat tradition (Gelug school) gathered in prayer. Without their iconic hats, they were deeply immersed in long, rhythmic Buddhist chants. The scene was filled with serenity and devotion, offering a rare and powerful glimpse into Tibetan spirituality at the heart of this sacred place.
