In “The Big Game: Adrenaline, Strategy, and Color,” I set out to capture the fast-paced, chaotic, and intensely human experience of one of the largest paintball events in the United States. This series showcases not only the speed and strategy of players in action but also the camaraderie, exhaustion, and focus that drive them forward. By working from the ground level and within the action, I aimed to deliver imagery that immerses the viewer — making them feel the rush of the sprint, the crack of the paintballs, and the tension of every tactical decision. These images celebrate the sport not just as a competition, but as a living, breathing performance of teamwork, spirit, and determination.
