Details of Duomo encompasses the history of the Gothic, Romanesque, Renaissance architecture. Every piece of this building tells a story. Shot at golden hour, you can see the details of the marble tiles, and the hand-carvings over the entrance and around the window. What truly is a neat fact is the architect, Filippo Brunelleschi, won the project through competition, which is what I am currently doing with this photograph. A wonderful celebration of history and architecture.
