Taken on the first truly hot day of 2025 in London, this photo captures a fleeting moment of sun-drenched rebellion. On my way home from work, I spotted this woman stretched out in a recliner, facing not the sea but a wall of council flat windows. Instead of a cocktail, a humble bottle (possibly milk) rested by her side. The scene was full of contrasts: escapism framed by satellite dishes, a personal holiday carved out of concrete routine. There was something quietly radical in the way she claimed that patch of grass like it was a private resort.
