Nanzhou God-Welcoming Ceremony is held once every three years in Taiwan. In this ceremony, “Ji Tong” plays an important assignment. “Ji Tong” means Taoist spirit medium or Taoist shaman in Chinese. They are responsible for conveying the will of gods. The expression on each face and body represents the coming of god.
