2025 - C-print - 200cm x 120cm. Abstract image of carp underwater. The fragmentation and visual distortion effects of the carp come from sunlight bending through the water (refraction), from the water's motion and wind on its surface. I went back three days in row and waited patiently for the carp to come close enough and at the right angle to take the shot.
