On a tiny side street in downtown Sydney sits one of the most unusual art exhibits you'll ever see. The "Forgotten Songs" Angel Place Birdcages exhibit pays homage to the native birds in the Sydney area that have been moved out by the city's growth. There are approximately 200 of these bird cages suspended in the air. There is recorded bird chirping from several different native species, and the exhibit has different bird voices during the day than it has in the evening. It's a very moving art exhibit.
