Soul of Diamond

In the photo, I'm going to show the profile that accompanies the gentle gaze of Diamond, a beautiful gray Andalusian horse who has reached maturity, yet hasn't lost any of his beauty. Diamond is part of the "Miura Club" Equestrian Center, an Italian riding school located in the Abruzzo region, specifically in the beautiful, sunny countryside among the hills near the charming town of Ortona, in the province of Chieti. The school trains young champions who have been competing competitively in show jumping for years, establishing a symbiotic relationship with their steeds that, combined with extensive athletic training, has often made the difference in many competitions. Furthermore, by basing the horses' growth on the practice of natural horsemanship, each of the steeds holds a unique and special place in this place where every animal is welcome and treated with such love and respect. Diamond, though elderly, still maintains a bright, clear soul that shines through in his tender gaze. When I met him, I was thrilled, as I too am a lover of this magnificent breed, even more than his beauty, I was struck by his calm, his inner sweetness captured in a few shy gestures and a distant yet present gaze, an inner magnet that drew me into his world, making me feel that we had become friends and I could spend time in his company. I'm deeply grateful to the "Miura Club" Equestrian Center for giving me the opportunity to meet him and all his other similar, all different in type and personality but united by the love their owners have for them and for this unique world that is horse riding! Of course, a huge thank you to Diamond for allowing me to admire the gentle light that shines through the many facets of his inner self.
